Little Jacob William Parks Jr., of Chatsworth, Georgia, infant son of Jacob Parks Sr. and Carissa Kitzmiller, departed this life Tuesday morning, June 12, 2012 at the Erlanger Medical Center. He was with us for one hour and fifteen minutes, weighed 2lb, 5oz and 14 inches long. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Jerome Parks, Martha Ray, great uncles, Ed and James Parks, cousin, Jeffery Allan Parks Jr.,
He is also survived by his grandparents, Don and Tina Kitzmiller, Joe and Tammy Parks all of Chatsworth, GA; aunts and uncles, Robert Kitzmiller, Jamie Maulden, Joey Parks, Keshia Parks of Chatsworth, GA; great grandparents, Mary and Julian Arthur of Dekalb County, GA, Marge and Bob Sullivan of Greensboro, GA, Marvin and Gail Ray, Wanda Parks of Chatsworth, GA; several great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services for Little Jacob William Parks Jr. will be held Saturday June 16, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. Interment will follow in the Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday.
