Chris,

You were a tough, young man and a fantastic leader. You will be forever missed and an inspiration to many. So sad to lose such a great man at such a young age. Love you brother.

Sgt McDonald was a great man, a great NCO and a great role model. Mike Battery won't be the same without this marine. Semper Fi brother, keep guard in heaven and I'll see you soon.

Family find comfort in knowing Chris has made an impact on many young people...a positive impact. He was a caring young man who came into my school and made a huge difference in a short time. I loved Chris and prayed for him daily. I will continue to pray for you guys...
